Taylor Hopkinson has partnered with a renowned offshore wind developer in Korea.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, optimize and keep updated integrated schedules for offshore wind projects using industry best practices
– Coordinate closely with project package managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to gather accurate scheduling data and ensure alignment.
– Track progress, analyze deviations, and develop recovery plans to mitigate schedule risks.
– Provide regular schedule updates, reports, and visual dashboards to stakeholders and senior leadership.
– Understand and incorporate the major components of offshore wind farm development into realistic and achievable schedules.
– Support resource planning and allocation in alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering or related fields.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning & scheduling for renewable power development projects.
– Experience in large-scale infrastructure or marine construction projects of International or cross-functional team experience.
– Experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling in Primavera P6 product.
– Fluent in both Korean and English.
– Work site in Ulsan.
