Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and monitor construction schedules and plans to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with managers and engineers to discuss project progress and resolve any issues.
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders as directed by the Project Manager and Director.
- Create and manage the project budget, keeping track of expenses.
- Develop a risk management plan.
- Identify deficiencies and recommend action plans for cost reduction.
- Produce tender plans to support bidding processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a planner in the construction industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including mastery of MS Project and Primavera 6.
- Knowledge of Italian and English.
