Job responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and organize project planning and administrative processes.
  2. Coordinate between offices and construction sites to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
  3. Implement financial and administrative controls to support project execution.
  4. Maintain safety standards and strong client relationships on-site.
  5. Liaised with sub-contractors in remote and on-site locations e.g. crane, electrical, civil.
  6. Planning and executing in high-pressure situations within major construction and maintenance environments, ensuring that service standards meet the company’s objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of project planning experience in large construction environments preferred, though fresh graduates are also welcome.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Bilingual in Korean and English is a must. Chinese is a plus.
  5. Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal abilities, capable of multitasking and working independently.
  6. Strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
