Job Title: QHSSE Lead
Location: Incheon, South Korea

As a QHSSE Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all QHSSE-related matters, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and prevailing legislation. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining QHSSE processes and systems, serving as the designated Management Representative for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- QHSSE Leadership: Define and drive QHSSE strategies in alignment with business goals.
- QHSSE Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory, corporate, and contractual QHSSE obligations.
- QHSSE Management: Administer QHSSE systems, maintain records, and oversee QHSSE-related matters.
- QHSSE Awareness: Promote safe work practices and enhance QHSSE awareness across operations.
- QHSSE Reporting: Participate in QHSSE meetings and report incidents to management.
- Action Planning: Develop and review QHSSE action plans for operations and projects.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and support QHSSE training activities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, QHSSE, or a related discipline.
- Registered as an HSE professional.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audits, QHSSE, risk, and issue management.
- At least 3 years of experience leading QHSSE teams in a multinational company.
- Offshore survey industry experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
