Quality Manager

Delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Manager for a global leader in electrical packages solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring that all quality processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the quality strategy in line with business and customer expectations
  • Oversee all quality functions, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach across teams
  • Maintain adherence to quality frameworks and product standards including ISO 9001
  • Evaluate risks of new products, plan validation activities and ensure robust process controls
  • Manage quality-related expenditure and monitor budgets
  • Analyse and report on key quality metrics while driving ongoing performance and process improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 5-7 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in power systems and/or power conversion
  • Strong knowledge of quality management frameworks, manufacturing processes and compliance requirements for electrical products
  • Working knowledge of global standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IEC standards)
  • Background in leading cross-functional quality activities and working closely with teams such as R&D, supply chain, production
  • Proficiency with risk assessment and quality tools (FMEA, PFMEA)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
