Delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Manager for a global leader in electrical packages solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring that all quality processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the quality strategy in line with business and customer expectations
- Oversee all quality functions, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach across teams
- Maintain adherence to quality frameworks and product standards including ISO 9001
- Evaluate risks of new products, plan validation activities and ensure robust process controls
- Manage quality-related expenditure and monitor budgets
- Analyse and report on key quality metrics while driving ongoing performance and process improvements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5-7 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in power systems and/or power conversion
- Strong knowledge of quality management frameworks, manufacturing processes and compliance requirements for electrical products
- Working knowledge of global standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IEC standards)
- Background in leading cross-functional quality activities and working closely with teams such as R&D, supply chain, production
- Proficiency with risk assessment and quality tools (FMEA, PFMEA)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
