Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist will ensure that Offshore Development & EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes are properly embedded and understood across projects, packages, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote a culture of Quality excellence across engineering and project teams
Act as a subject matter expert in Quality processes
Train and coach project personnel on Quality tools and best practices
Identify and share best practices within the EPC Quality Forum
Support Project Quality Management to reduce quality risks
Encourage continual improvement initiatives and lessons learned
Facilitate the use of Synergi for managing Quality processes
Support the Cost of Quality Process

Work closely with Project Quality Managers to implement quality initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of Quality-related experience
Degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Industry-recognized Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer)
Experience in international and cross-cultural teams
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to implement and manage Quality systems
Fluent in English
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives

Work Conditions

Schedule: 5-day workweek, 8-hour days
Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement
Up to 1 week of international travel per month
