Sales Manager Benelux

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager with experience in solar, to join our client’s dynamic team. The role is with focus on the C&I market, covering Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and increase sales revenues as well as market share for the company’s product in the Benelux region.

* Represent the company and build relationships with C&I investors and project developers to strengthen business partnerships.

* Scout new business opportunities, propose, and execute market entry strategies.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to stay ahead of the competition.

* Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.

* Identify and assess new market opportunities, recommending strategies for market expansion.

* Track and analyse sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize processes.

* Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities, prices, trends, tenders, and projects.

* Strengthen the company’s Solar brand presence in the local market through mstrategic initiatives.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar energy industry, with a focus on C&I sector.

* Extensive network of local C&I investors and other key stakeholders within the solar energy industry.

* A hunter mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and securing deals.

* Excellent communication skills, with native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English, combined with strong negotiation abilities and strategic thinking.

* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.

* Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the EU for customer visits, industry exhibitions, and conference participation.
