Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in Brazil.

Identify and cultivate strong relationships with EPCs, distributors, developers, and other key market stakeholders.

Drive commercial negotiations, contract closing, and post-sales follow-up, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Represent the company at local and international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Collaborate with global and regional teams, including logistics, finance, technical support, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback to regional leadership.

Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory, policy, and incentive frameworks affecting the Brazilian solar market.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the solar PV or renewable energy industry in Brazil.

Demonstrated success managing commercial cycles with developers, EPCs, and utility-scale clients.

Strong understanding of PV module technologies and supply chain logistics.

Ability to work independently and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Availability to travel regularly within Brazil and occasionally internationally.
