We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial activities in Brazil within the fast-evolving solar photovoltaic (PV) industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in Brazil.

  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with EPCs, distributors, developers, and other key market stakeholders.

  • Drive commercial negotiations, contract closing, and post-sales follow-up, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams, including logistics, finance, technical support, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback to regional leadership.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory, policy, and incentive frameworks affecting the Brazilian solar market.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the solar PV or renewable energy industry in Brazil.

  • Demonstrated success managing commercial cycles with developers, EPCs, and utility-scale clients.

  • Strong understanding of PV module technologies and supply chain logistics.

  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Availability to travel regularly within Brazil and occasionally internationally.
