Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Sales Manager in Italy for a fast-growing international company specialising in remote monitoring and security solutions for the renewable energy sector.
The company provides advanced surveillance technology to ensure the protection and operational efficiency of wind farms, solar PV plants, and other critical infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the wind energy sector, a strong industry network, and a proven track record in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in Italy.

Identify and engage with key customers, including wind farm developers, operators, EPCs, and asset managers.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the Italian wind energy industry.

Provide market insights, identify trends, and support product positioning to maximise sales opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in sales or business development in the wind energy or renewable energy security solutions industry.

Strong knowledge of wind farm operations, security requirements, and market dynamics in Italy.

Established network of contacts within the industry (developers, operators, EPCs, and asset owners).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and drive commercial initiatives.

Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
