Sales Manager – Turbomachinery
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall sales activities to achieve business targets, ensuring a solid pipeline of projects in both new equipment and aftersales markets.

Promote and sell turbomachinery solutions to existing and potential clients.

Develop effective strategies, project structures, and partnerships with reliable and competitive collaborators.

Drive business opportunities with third-party OEM partners in Taiwan.

Formulate short-, mid-, and long-term strategies to ensure sustainable business growth in line with company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.

Coordinate externally with clients and partners, and internally with regional and global teams to ensure successful project execution.

Support market intelligence activities including surveys, reports, and regular business updates.
