Sales Manager – Turbomachinery

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is able to drive business growth and supporting strategic development in the turbomachinery & Aftersales sector. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong project pipeline, expanding market presence, and developing key customer and partner relationships across Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall sales activities to achieve business targets, ensuring a solid pipeline of projects in both new equipment and aftersales markets.

  • Promote and sell turbomachinery solutions to existing and potential clients.

  • Develop effective strategies, project structures, and partnerships with reliable and competitive collaborators.

  • Drive business opportunities with third-party OEM partners in Taiwan.

  • Formulate short-, mid-, and long-term strategies to ensure sustainable business growth in line with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.

  • Coordinate externally with clients and partners, and internally with regional and global teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Support market intelligence activities including surveys, reports, and regular business updates.
