Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
– Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and personal data collection and maintain.
– Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
– Oversee payroll processing, statutory benefits, and their calculation, payment, and administration.
– Streamline HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
– Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
– Lead process improvements and automation to optimize HR operations including C&B.
– Oversee the HR management system (tHRiVE, payroll, work schedule management).
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
– Min 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on C&B.
– Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and labor law.
– Fluent in English and Korean.
