Taylor Hopkinson are proudly currently working on behalf of our client to find an experienced Senior BESS O&M Manager to join and lead their industry-leading O&M team in the UK.
Responsibilities
To establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring understanding of service contracts
Ensure O&M activities are planned and executed in accordance with contractual obligations and safety regulations
Foster, develop and ensure the safety culture within the business unit
Identify and effectively resolve any issues affecting product performance
Proactively develop plans for resolution and execute them to successfully to ensure normal operation resumes.
Lead the internal and external root cause analysis along with the management of change activities
Schedule and execute preventative and predictive maintenance activities, working alongside the regional services teams.
Ensure stock management of spare parts and units on-site
Record and report all faults and deficiencies, along with unusual occurrences and time and materials expended on work orders
Review reports from field operatives, provide constructive feedback and support training activities whilst following all relevant HSE regulations on site.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience onsite with BESS
Experienced with the techno commercials of BESS service and maintenance
Knowledge of electrical equipment and systems, ie AC/DC, LV/MV, PCS and BESS
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Willing to travel as required.
