About the Role
We are hiring a bilingual (Korean & English) Senior QS/Cost Manager to lead cost and commercial management for works on large-scale construction projects. This role focuses on cost planning, procurement, and commercial control from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and cash flow

Lead CSA quantity take-offs, cost control, and reporting

Manage variations, interim payments, and final accounts

Prepare tender documents and lead contractor evaluations

Support contract negotiations and procurement activities

Identify cost and commercial risks and drive mitigation actions

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
Requirements
-
8-10+ years of cost management / QS experience

Strong knowledge of Korean construction practices and regulations

Experience on large or complex projects (data centers is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in QS, Construction, Engineering, or related field

Professional certification (RICS, CPE, AACE) preferred

Fluent in Korean and English is a must

Proficient with Excel, Bluebeam, and cost estimating tools
