We’re looking to chat to potential candidates who have onshore renewable experience as the role will be supporting the renewables development team, leading on securing necessary land agreements for the development and delivery of solar, wind and storage projects in the UK.
Requirements
- Lead internal land functions including land identification activities
- Engage with landowners, negotiating head of terms
- Leading preparation and registration of land agreements
- Instructing and managing the necessary legal support
- Engage with planning and engineering teams internally
- Customer orientated approach
- Experienced with translating technical details into commercial impact
Experience
- Land, legal or planning qualification
- Experienced with onshore renewables in the UK
- Understanding of planning and consenting processes
- Experienced with contract preparation and negotiating tender processes
- Stakeholder management experience including regulators and local communities
