The Legal Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing legal matters at both national and international levels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the organization’s interests. This role provides legal support across departments and coordinates complex legal activities with a strategic and advisory approach.
Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate legal matters, including drafting minutes of board and shareholder meetings, company resolutions, and other governance documentation.

Maintain statutory registers and ensure corporate records are up to date.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day legal administration, including correspondence and interactions with stakeholders.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly related to project development and procurement.

Coordinate legal due diligence processes.

Monitor relevant legislation and regulatory changes, providing proactive legal advice.

Implement internal policies, procedures, and compliance systems.

Provide international legal support on contracts, project development, and procurement matters.

Liaise with public authorities, regulatory bodies, external law firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Law with completed legal qualification (lawyer or legal advisor).

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a lawyer or legal counsel, with proven expertise in corporate and commercial law.

Strong knowledge of corporate and transactional law; knowledge of administrative and energy law is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents.

Excellent command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
