Senior Planning & Control Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland
- Delivery of Monthly reporting, programme updates and project controls (risk, progress)
- Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project schedule covering all OSP phases – engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning.
- Establish baseline schedules, define key milestones, and manage progress measurement systems in alignment with the overall project programme.
- Lead schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to identify and mitigate potential delays.
Support risk and opportunity management, integrating schedule and cost impacts into mitigation strategies
