Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Developer to oversee Utility Scale Solar projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in our greenfield project development across Germany, fostering growth through strategic partnerships and project acquisitions. We offer a decentralized, community-focused approach, ensuring close collaboration with property owners and local stakeholders.
Location: North-East of Germany, remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of large-scale open-space solar plants, from site identification to construction readiness.
- Engage and align with local stakeholders, including municipalities and landowners, to develop solar projects that benefit the community.
- Oversee technical consultants and collaborate with internal teams, including GIS, property acquisition, network, PPA, and finance experts.
- Expand and leverage a network of cooperation and joint venture partners.
- Scout for opportunities to acquire photovoltaic projects.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing open-space solar or wind projects in Germany.
- Deep understanding of the German market and a robust professional network.
- Degree in a relevant field and proficiency in project management and financial modeling tools.
