Opportunity for a project development professional to join a leading renewable energy developer company as Senior Project Development Director.
Responsibilities :
– Invest and develop potential greenfield project opportunities for solar and BESS projects.
– Negotiate and build lasting relationships with landowners, investors and local authorities for lease or land acquisition
– Team management and business strategy making
– Ensure the success for the complete project development lifecycle
– Be the face of the organisation in Germany, providing expertise on the renewable energy space
Requirements :
– Experience project development experience within the renewable energy industry
– Strong track record of spotting areas for new projects; securing new business across detailed sales cycles
– Ability to communicate at all levels
– Professional in German and English
– Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in approach to sales and project development
