Senior Project Manager- Grid Integration

Summary:

Manage a team of PMs and APMs focused on the planning, scheduling, and execution of turnkey high voltage substation & other electrical infrastructure projects.

This role brings a clear career trajectory for growth and leading your own PMO.

Key Experience:

• Delivering and executing major power projects is essential.

Other requirements:

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure positive cash flow.
• Coordinate with EPC teams.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Support and lead contract negotiation
• Drive supplier diversity
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 5 years experience in people management.
• Experience with turnkey Substation projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP a plus.
