Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting in Madrid a Senior Project Engineer who will be responsible for the technical support of PV and Storage Utility Scale projects, throughout the entire project life cycle, from origination to operation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the development team during the origination by performing the constraints analysis on the land
- Defining the preliminary layout and coordinating the executive design in collaboration with the global technical team
- Being responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of quality standards for all engineering projects carried out internally and externally
- Providing technical support to the procurement and construction team
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Engineer in the Renewable Energy Sector, working in utility scale PV projects
- Good understanding of the permitting process for the construction of PV Plants and BESS in
Spain - Good understanding of the grid connection process and technical requirements to achieve ION
- Excellent AutoCAD, QGis, Pvsyst and PVcase skills
- Spanish native speaker. Fluent proficiency in English
- Availability to travel depending on project location
