Senior Sales Manager France – EV Charging

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development within defined European region(s) and customer segment(s).
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key accounts and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the development strategies for the region.
  • Coordinate and manage key customer commercial topics – Intensify relationship with selected customers and service partners.
  • Ensure the achievement of the company’s sales goals across the region and drive individual sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
  • Support current partners in their day-to-day activities in relation to their orders.
  • Work on RFIs/RFQs, prepare the documents, and submit the most complete offer
  • CRM optimization/update.
  • Support the team with preparing case studies and creating other product and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Native French and fluent written and spoken English are a must; additional EU languages will be considered a plus.
  • Completed technical and/or commercially focused business management or equivalent studies.
  • Professional working experience with proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the E-mobility or EV-charging business.
  • Reliable and enthusiastic individual with proven ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, solutions-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Confident and competent in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels in an international environment.
  • Structured way of working and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint, CRM-databases).
