Our client, a leading global wind supplier, is searching for a Senior Sales Manager in Romania.
The location can be flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and consolidate the commercial strategy of the company in Romania
- Understand the local market and adapt the strategies to ensure the success of the business there
- Monitor the company KPIs on a local level and make sure they are aligned with the global strategy
- Report to the Board in terms of business and liaise with different stakeholders in Europe
- Advise clients on the different stages of development, construction and operation of their projects, acting as an expert in the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with a Master’s Degree
- Previous experience in similar responsibilities in the sector
- Fluent in both Romanian and English
- Available to travel when needed
