Service Sales Specialist – Grid

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Sales Specialist to join a global leader in power and automation technologies. This role is key to driving service sales for power quality solutions within the power systems sector, particularly in grid integration projects. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's digital and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand service business in your assigned territory, with a primary focus on power quality and digital grid solutions.

  • Engage with existing and potential customers to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored proposals that meet their operational and commercial needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and service solution experts to prepare competitive bids, define pricing strategies, and deliver compelling value propositions.

  • Drive the entire tendering life cycle, from opportunity identification through proposal submission, ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer expectations.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting advanced service offerings that optimise grid performance and reliability.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools such as Salesforce; contribute to project execution and collections as required.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve complex commercial or technical issues.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to power quality and grid services.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Electrical, Power, or related Engineering discipline.

  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial services, power systems, or energy infrastructure.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other language skills are a plus.
