The Role:
- Review construction schedule that incorporates information from system design and engineering, plan to accomplish project goals and provide leadership to the subcontractors and reporting to the site management and project management
- Develop effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, and team members to ensure successful, timely completion of deliverables that support the project goals
- Monitor and oversee electrical work at the project site to ensure it meets contractual obligations
- Ensures projects are built according to plans created and submitted as well as to their standards
- Cross functional co-ordination with – Engineering, Project management, Logistics, Quality, HSE and all support functions as needed
- Review all contractor’s QA plans & procedures and bring all plans into conformance with project requirements, supported by the project team
- Conducts audits of site conditions and equipment installation of subcontractors on the site
- Performs audits of the job sites to verify accurate completion of scope of work in accordance with the quality plan and HSE plan
- Identifies and communicates all application and installation concerns. Communicates concerns back to site management for required resolution and future issue prevention
Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in construction of large scale solar projects
- Electrical qualifications or relevant degree
