As Site Manager, you will report to a Regional Operations Director, and you will be accountable for the following scope in Inzai’s existing DCs (including future sites:).

Oversee all site engineers and manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance, implementation, remote hands, security, and property management across Inzai DCs.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in collaboration with site managers and advisors.

Drive customer satisfaction through incident prevention, lifecycle management, and tailored customer solutions.

Manage site resources efficiently, including vendor performance, staff allocation, and skill development.

Lead cost-saving initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and budget control (CapEx/OpEx, CPA/Ringi).

Coordinate and align with global and regional teams (EU, UK, India), and support global projects and change initiatives.

Handle commercial and operational aspects of customer proposals in collaboration with Sales and Procurement.

Ensure BCP implementation, zero-impact incident management, and continuous improvement processes.

Represent the site in audits and certifications; manage financial forecasting and contract updates with finance and procurement teams.

Lead strategic engagement events, diversity initiatives, and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with hyperscale clients.
