About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in renewable energy project execution to oversee on-site activities and manage EPC contractors. This role requires a builder’s license and a proven track record in on-site management within the renewables sector. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities align with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for renewable energy projects.
- Manage EPC contractors, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and key milestones to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve on-site challenges.
- Enforce quality assurance procedures and site best practices.
Requirements:
- Builder’s license (mandatory).
- Extensive on-site management experience within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong background in managing EPC contractors and large-scale construction projects.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and compliance.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site, leading teams and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
