Taylor Hopkinson is in the search of a Site Manager to join a leading international renewable energy company. This person will be responsible to support the development and construction of solar PV distributed generation projects in Romania.
Role based in Bucharest with travels to the site when needed, possibility of hybrid work.
Role
- Supervise the projects from the later stage of development until the commissioning and handover
- Review technical specifications and manage contractors and budgets
- Follow up on the progress and quality of the works on site including correct HSE procedures
- Plan and supervise all relevant works at site analysing priorities
- Assist on the commissioning of the photovoltaic plant
- Resolve issues related to manpower, materials delivery to meet performance, timings and costs
- Prepare weekly activity reports for the hierarchical superior
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for the installation phase
Requirements
- Technical degree
- Previous experience in the construction of energy projects or similar technologies
- Knowledge of AutoCad, PVsol and PVsyst (desirable)
- Knowledge of low voltage electricity, medium voltage and communications networks
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Availability to travel when needed to the projects
