Site Planner required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Norway.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Time Management Plan, input to PMP.
- Drive time & resource management in compliance with processes and policies and ensure deliverables comply with defined quality standards.
- Support project management team in developing time schedules and human resource plans.
- Control / maintain time schedules and human resource plans and perform schedule and human resource analyses.
- Communicate and report progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.
- Secure coordination and alignment between the package schedules and key milestones.
- Provide planning related input to the Close Out Report.
Requirements:
- MSc or other relevant degree. Competence equivalent PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional).
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- 5 years of relevant work experience within wind and/or construction.
- 5 years of experience from similar position.
- 2 years of experience working in project matrix organisation.
