Site QC required for a major Offshore Wind Client based in Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection in accordance with the Request for Inspection (RFI), the Purchase Order and information supplied by The Client.
- Attend Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) as required.
- Liaise with The Client Project Contact, Client/Third Party as instructed.
- Ensure that the information supplied by The Client is consistent with the information held by the Supplier e.g.
- manufacturing drawings are at the same revision and Approved for Construction (AFC) status.
- Notify Supplier and relevant manager in The Client of any identified non-compliances.
- Report on Supplier HSE Performance Issues.
- Monitor correction work e.g. rework or repair as per instructions or ITP requirements.
- Prepare and submit the Inspection Visit Report (IVR).
- Prepare and submit Inspection Notes where applicable.
- Review and approve As Built documentation.
Requirements
- EU Candidates only.
- Demonstrated experience of inspection, marshalling & load out of WIND. Monopiles & TPs to and from vessels.
- CSWIP 3.1 Registered Welding Inspector.
- CSWIP-BGAS Site Coatings Inspector (1 x QC).
- PCN II Ultrasonic Testing 3.1-3.2 EN473/ISO9712 .
- PCN II Magnetic.
- Particle Inspection EN473/ISO9712.
- PCN II Penetrant Inspection EN473/ISO9712.
- GWO Basic Training.
- Offshore Medical Certificate incl. Chester Step.
