Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing design engineering, EPC, supply chain, construction, quality, commissioning, and O&M
- Develop and maintain commercial cost strategies with key external engineering, procurement, and construction partners
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits of EPC contractors, subcontractors, engineering companies, and O&M providers
- Provide technical and logistical support to construction and project managers across various operational challenges
- Track and analyze key plant performance metrics, understanding efficiency indicators across cost, quality, and timeline parameters, while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure project construction adheres to industry-leading safety and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best-in-class QA/QC practices
Requirements:
- Experience in executing solar projects with demonstrated ability to improve processes and capabilities
- Established relationships within the solar industry across engineering, procurement and construction sectors
- Strong understanding of solar project development including engineering requirements and construction management
- Background in engineering, procurement and construction companies with focus on solar systems deliver
- Fluent in both Korean and English (speaking and writing)
