Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Project Development Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. They are looking to hire who has strong Solar Business Developer experience and who can bring a Solar business portfolio to the client.
Responsibilities:
- Leading full cycle of solar projects including permitting, schedule and budget management
- Development as utilizing network to bring solar PV projects in Korea
- Sourcing and acquiring land and projects. Managing key clients and local stakeholders
- Consultant managements (subcontractor, consultant for community and land acquisition)
- Responsible for negotiation, contract and construction management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related majors
- Experience in developing solar projects in Korea or have a strong network to bring solar projects
- Leading a full process of solar project development such as setup SPCs, Project financing, permitting, and other relevant activities
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, central and local authorities, and other parties
- Fluent in English and Korean
