We are working with a global leader in renewable energy who is looking to hire Senior Cost Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Define cost control accounts (Assumption Log, cost report)
- Develop cost breakdown structure and provide cost control to projects
- Responsible for cost status reports, defining project estimate from review to completion
- Responsible for project budget, cost, and forecast audit trail and keep tracking the record
Requirements:
- More than 10 years experience for hands-on experience on large EPC construction projects (renewables, O&G, engineering, and etc)
- Advanced knowledge of cost management process and cost control procedures.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining Cost Reports and status reporting using Oracle Primavera Cloud, Auto Desk Construction Cloud
- Fluent in Japanese and English
