Job Overview:
Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan
Responsible for overseeing the electrical design and execution of an offshore wind power project, covering high and medium voltage systems, sub-sea cables, substations, and grid connection interfaces. This role involves supervising design activities, supporting equipment and cable selection, conducting power system studies, and managing contractors throughout project phases from development to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and supervise electrical designs for offshore substations, sub-sea cables, onshore substations, and grid connection points.

Support technical studies, including load flow analysis and system impact assessments.

Manage tendering and contractor engagement for major electrical packages.

Oversee detailed design, construction, and commissioning processes.

Coordinate testing and grid connection activities.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Taiwan and preferably hold Taiwanese nationality.

3-5 years of experience in high or medium voltage electrical design or construction management.

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Willingness to travel to project sites. (Taichung and Changhua)

Driver’s license required; own vehicle is a plus (company car provided whenever available).
