Key Responsibilities:
- Support employees in HR related issues including expatriate and local colleagues.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Provide administrative support for HR department, organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in HR function, good in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)
- Understanding of labor laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage sensitive situations.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex employee concerns tactfully.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
