What You’ll Do:
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with business leaders to drive growth by implementing effective recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Talent Development: Build a sustainable talent pipeline, enhance organizational capacity, and support the business with effective workforce planning and cost management.
- Collaboration & Communication: Establish strong communication channels across management, teams, and employees to foster alignment, understanding, and a positive workplace culture.
- Culture Building: Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen core values and promote a healthy, engaged, and thriving organizational atmosphere.
- HR Process Optimization: Work with HR COE teams to continuously enhance processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Local Expertise: Design and execute HR service processes tailored to the needs of our Vietnamese subsidiary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing medium to large teams (10-50 people) or leading successful business projects (e.g., development, delivery, finance, procurement, HR COE).
- HRBP Expertise: In-depth experience in HRBP roles supporting teams of 100+ employees in Vietnam, with a focus on recruitment, performance, and talent development.
- Solution-Oriented: Hands-on experience with HR solution architecture and implementation at a system or company level.
- COE Success: A strong track record in areas like talent development, recruitment, or shared services.
