What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule Management: Lead the planning of time and resources for projects, maintain detailed schedules, and perform in-depth schedule analyses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key operational teams to provide an integrated progress overview, enabling effective forecasting and execution of maintenance activities.
- Team Leadership: Delegate planning tasks and foster close collaboration within the team to deliver high-quality, integrated schedules.
- Performance Tracking: Update progress for activities and resources, and regularly report on performance, forecasts, and execution status to stakeholders.
- Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to support management in making maintenance-related decisions, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Technical Oversight: Manage planning for diverse maintenance scenarios, including routine maintenance, warranty issues, and tasks beyond standard service contracts.

- Proven leadership experience and the interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a knack for ensuring data quality.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present and explain complex matters.
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Solid technical planning experience, with a strong understanding of risk management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
- Hands-on experience in offshore wind farm operations and their technical aspects.
