This role assists the project in managing the various specialist project managers in the area of routing/civil engineering for a section of the Project. It also helps to set up the project team for the respective service phase. The subject of the service is the section management of routing/civil engineering in the lines project.
This includes the following services, among others:
- Coordination of the required services in a section of the project -contract management of commissioned contractors
- Supporting the project management in the section concerning the routing and the planning of civil engineering measures
- Timely realisation of the necessary decisions for compliance with the specifications with regard to quality, costs, deadlines, contracts and insurances
- Setting, processing, tracking and releasing requirements requests (BANFEN) and performance records (LERFEN) in accordance with the Client internal specifications (SAP, P2P) and the corresponding coordination with Client Controlling and the PL
- Event-related management of project meetings with the client and the service providers commissioned by the client service providers for the preparation / initiation / implementation of decisions
- Preparation/continuation of documents that are relevant for the NABEG application procedure and must be submitted to the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA)
- Compliance with legal, regulatory and Client-specific requirements for occupational safety, health and environmental protection and implementation of the necessary measures by the companies involved.
- Preparation and realisation of internal project workshops for training on the above-mentioned requirements for preparation for the development/construction teams
- Supporting the project management in the processing of incidents and training the resulting lessons learnt
- Monitoring and controlling the planning and development process in compliance with the internal and contractor regulations of the Client
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and routing of onshore infrastructure projects
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and technical standards relating to routing,
- Technical understanding to evaluate work instructions and procedure descriptions for cable laying
- Seniority to assert project interests, lead negotiations, leadership in matrix organisation
- 15 years of experience in handling infrastructure projects from planning to execution incl. budget, risk, schedule control and result orientation
- 15 years of experience in contract management, incl. negotiation of contract amendments, addenda, schedule control, cost control, etc.
- German level min. B2 or comparable
