Technical Executive | Maritime Operations
We’re looking for a Technical Executive to take the lead on ensuring the technical performance, compliance, and operational readiness of our fleet.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily technical operations and ensure all shipboard systems are functioning optimally
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities
- Ensure full compliance with maritime regulations and maintain technical documentation
- Monitor vessel performance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with shipyards, suppliers, and classification societies
- Track maintenance budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Support emergency preparedness for equipment or operational failures
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-board crew
What We’re Looking For:
- This position is open to candidates with Taiwanese nationality due to operational and regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Solid background in ship technical management or engineering operations
- Familiarity with IMO/ISM regulations, Class requirements, and safety standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
