Job Description
Title: Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development – Data Center Solutions
We are looking for a sales-driven Technical Sales professional to grow our data center solutions business in Korea. This role is for someone who is energized by winning new business, building industry relationships, and turning technical knowledge into commercial results.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development

Proactively identify and pursue new customers and projects in the data center ecosystem

Build relationships with:

Data center operators & developers
-
EPCs, electrical contractors, consultants, system integrators

Open doors, create opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline
Technical & Solution Sales

Sell electrical and critical infrastructure solutions for data centers
(power distribution, UPS, switchgear, busway, racks, containment, related equipment) -
Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions

Work closely with vendors and internal technical teams to deliver the right offering
Relationship & Market Development

Maintain key accounts while continuously expanding your network

Track market trends, new builds, and competitor activity

Represent the company in customer meetings and industry events
Requirements

Strong sales mindset with clear motivation to win new business

Background in electrical engineering, power systems, or technical infrastructure

Experience in technical equipment or solution sales
(data center, power, facilities, industrial solutions preferred) -
Fluent in Korean and English – must be comfortable working with international teams

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Existing industry network is a strong advantage
