Technical Sales Engineer France

We are looking for an associate-middle level Technical Sales Engineer in France, this position is full-time, remote with 50% travel frequency within France and EU.

Your challenges:

  • Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support of products for all company’s home storage product series
  • Maintain good relationships and work closely with key accounts and sales channels, collaborate with internal resources to ensure technical problems from delivery channels are appropriately solved
  • Record and provide company’s Product Solution and respective technical materials for product promotion and pre-sales service related uses;
  • Provide product demonstration, training, trial test support, and technical answers for company’s installers, retailers and end-users;
  • Stay tuned for industry trends, collect and record company’s product technical feedback and product iteration suggestions;
  • Proactively manage other challenges at work

Your profile includes:

  • 2+ years working experience as technical sales/service engineers, previous working experience in solar panels, power storage, solar inverter companies is preferred;
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, able to maintain effective communication with both company’s teams and clients’ side;
  • Electrical engineering degree is preferred;
  • Proficient in using tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio and etc;
  • Self-driven, prudent, patient, able to work on-site independently;
  • Work well under only general supervision;
  • Fluency in additional European languages is considered a plus.
