T&I Contract Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany
Responsibilities
- Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts of the Installation Office scopes, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Extract of the Installation Office scopes.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contractual agreements, advising stakeholders on potential liabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, commercial, Installation Office Lead etc.) to ensure all contract terms meet business requirements and objectives.
- Contract Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to contract terms, deadlines, and conditions; manage performance and obligations of all parties involved.
Requirements
- Proven track record in contract management, negotiation, and drafting of at least two offshore wind projects.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and drafting.
- Willingness to travel to suppliers for personnel meetings and visiting production facilities.
- Availability to work 50% on-site in Hamburg office .
