Wind Site O&M Manager
Job Description:
The Service Project Manager oversees the Warranty, Operation, and Maintenance (WOM) of service projects, ensuring wind turbine performance and project operations meet contract and company standards. The role also focuses on providing excellent customer service and support.
Location: Gasan, Gangwon-do
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project operations, including personnel, safety, materials, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards, report hazards and incidents promptly.
- Develop and implement service plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and service goals are met.
- Address project issues and provide feedback for improvement.
- Train service engineers to enhance their skills.
- Ensure project contracts are executed to meet deliverables and performance requirements.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
