WTG Strategy & Change Manager for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Poland
Responsibilities
- Manage all Package’s Change management and strategy/ risk issues, including associated package tasks and responsibilities as requested.
- Be an effective member of the Package team.
- Support the Package PM in enforcing and ensuring Package compliance with project processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy.
- Support Package’s progress according to scope, budget, schedule and quality .
- Execute all tasks according to high safety awareness culture.
- Capture and implement relevant Package lessons learnt and share with project team if requested.
- Support decision making, provide relevant documentation.
- Communicate with other packages.
Requirements
- MSc, BSc or other relevant Master degree., Preference for MBA or similar or associated experience in Strategy planning and change management in an EPIC environment
- 3+ years of relevant project experience in offshore wind.
- Strong IT & Presentation skills, especially Cost modelling and scenario analysis and Board level presentations.
- Negotiation, communication and leadership skills as well as commercial acumen, understanding and awareness.
