Two weeks ago, we held our largest all-hands meeting in Glasgow. When we did this in March of this year, there were 18 people in the room. Just 8 months later, we’ve grown to 38. It’s exciting to experience that inflection point first-hand and we’re super-proud that the vision and culture is just as strong through this growth as it was on day one.
After an hour of punchy business updates and a round of PechaKucha style talks and pitches, we shipped over to BAAD in Glasgow’s Barrowlands where we indulged in a team-building cook-off. The mission: Ready, Steady, Cook. 3 courses in 20 minutes.
It got competitive.

Thanks to Amazing Days for the cooking skills and to Andrew Cawley for making us all look amazing in these photographs.
