Our competencies-based interviewing process is intended to help us minimise unconscious bias while also making sure we hire people who will thrive in our environment. Our process will usually involve a recruiter phone screen, a face-to-face interview, Thomas International Profile PPA analysis, panel interviews and team presentations. You will also get the chance to see our offices and ask as many questions as you like
If you're selected, and we negotiate an exciting offer for you, we will walk you through every aspect of the contract and the acceptance / joining process and you’ll be ready to go in no time
Once you've accepted your offer and signed your contract, our immersive onboarding experience will get you ready for Day 1 and set you up for success beyond! This combination includes online e-learning modules, comprehensive face-to-face HR and HSE inductions, team introductions, classroom-based training and mentoring throughout your first few weeks and months

She also helps identify and attract the best talent into the business to drive our continued success. She has worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and has designed and run recruitment campaigns, including assessment centres, competency-based interviews and campus recruitment events. She is an ICF accredited coach and a trained e-DISC consultant.
