THRIVE is Taylor Hopkinson’s wellness programme aimed at promoting the importance of a healthy mind, body and soul.

THRIVE will complement our Global TH Challenge, but will introduce a more holistic approach to wellbeing that includes not only cardio exercise, but a range of other activities that will help to improve our mental health, nutritional choices and sustainability efforts.

We are all working extremely hard and achieving impressive results. But lockdown can feel a bit like Groundhog Day as we juggle busy working days with home schooling, stress around the pandemic, missing friends and loved ones etc.

So we’re working on some ideas to help us all manage our stress and take time to reward ourselves with some well-earned downtime.

We’re doing a great job in our Global TH Challenge and it’s game-on at the top of the leaderboard! But we also appreciate that staying active is not only about clocking kms and gradients.

We are trialling an online yoga class for anyone interested, to strengthen our mind and body – ready for the day ahead!

You are what you eat

Food & nutrition

They say you are what you eat. Has a long winter and a year-long lockdown changed your eating habits for the worse?

Are you ready to recharge your diet with some healthy alternatives, or learn some new recipes?

We are introducing a weekly THRIVE recipe, where each week someone will suggest a (simple and healthy) recipe and we all try cooking it that week. We can share successes and failures from the kitchen with the odd snap too!

We’re committed to protecting the environment through our business activities and want to encourage all of us to extend this into our personal lives too.
