Welcome to our wellness hub!
THRIVE is Taylor Hopkinson’s wellness programme aimed at promoting the importance of a healthy mind, body and soul.
THRIVE will complement our Global TH Challenge, but will introduce a more holistic approach to wellbeing that includes not only cardio exercise, but a range of other activities that will help to improve our mental health, nutritional choices and sustainability efforts.

Manage your stress
We are all working extremely hard and achieving impressive results. But lockdown can feel a bit like Groundhog Day as we juggle busy working days with home schooling, stress around the pandemic, missing friends and loved ones etc.
So we’re working on some ideas to help us all manage our stress and take time to reward ourselves with some well-earned downtime.
Stress management, relaxation & focus session with Andi Ahmed from Aurora Hypnotherapy
Thursday 4th March (am) 20-30 mins
Physical activity & movement
We’re doing a great job in our Global TH Challenge and it’s game-on at the top of the leaderboard! But we also appreciate that staying active is not only about clocking kms and gradients.
We are trialling an online yoga class for anyone interested, to strengthen our mind and body – ready for the day ahead!

You are what you eat
Food & nutrition
They say you are what you eat. Has a long winter and a year-long lockdown changed your eating habits for the worse?
Are you ready to recharge your diet with some healthy alternatives, or learn some new recipes?
We are introducing a weekly THRIVE recipe, where each week someone will suggest a (simple and healthy) recipe and we all try cooking it that week. We can share successes and failures from the kitchen with the odd snap too!
First up though, we have a healthy treat in store to end our first Wellbeing Week!
Friday 5th March
Environment & culture
We’re committed to protecting the environment through our business activities and want to encourage all of us to extend this into our personal lives too. This can involve giving back to our communities, educating ourselves and our families and encouraging everyone to embrace why our environment is important to us.
We’re pleased to offer our Cycle Scheme – a really healthy, fun and sustainable employee benefit that saves you 25-39% on a bike and accessories (or even more with our offers). You pay nothing upfront and the payments are taken tax efficiently from your salary by Taylor Hopkinson!
Do you have suggestions for activities and initiatives that can support our efforts? Let us know! If we can have some fun and get healthy in the process even better!!
How do you escape?
Fulfilment & purpose
We’re such a hard-working bunch, and we dedicate a lot of our time to being the best we can be during working day, supporting the growth of Taylor Hopkinson.
But when we log off for the day (or weekend!), what motivates us? What helps us switch off?
Do you a have a passion or a hobby that helps you unwind and recharge? Here’s some of the most popular hobbies (lockdown-friendly!)
- Reading – got any book recommendations?
- TV & movies – what’s keeping you gripped?
- Music – do you play an instrument?
- Arts & crafts – what creations have you come up with?
- Gardening – are you living the good life yet?
- Nature – which walking routes can you share?
We’d love to share ideas to help us try new things and feel as fulfilled as possible!
Life is not merely being alive, but being well..
