THRIVE is Taylor Hopkinson’s wellness programme aimed at promoting the importance of a healthy mind, body and soul.

THRIVE will complement our Global TH Challenge, but will introduce a more holistic approach to wellbeing that includes not only cardio exercise, but a range of other activities that will help to improve our mental health, nutritional choices and sustainability efforts.

It's not all about exercise!

We’ve joined Do Nation, the platform that focuses on pledges rather than monetary donations, and drives healthier habits for you, your team and our planet.

Step 1 – Pick your small action
Choose from a huge range of small actions from cycling to recycling, switching energy suppliers to sustainable fashion! Then try it for two months. 

Step 2 – Do Nation helps you
Do Nation sends you reminders, advice and impact data, and connects you with a community of others taking action alongside you.

Step 3 – Make a big difference
Do Nation measures the impact – of your actions, of your whole community’s actions, and all Do Nation’s actions. It’s amazing how small actions can add up to really impressive statistics.

We are all working extremely hard and achieving impressive results. But lockdown can feel a bit like Groundhog Day as we juggle busy working days with home schooling, stress around the pandemic, missing friends and loved ones etc.

So we’re working on some ideas to help us all manage our stress and take time to reward ourselves with some well-earned downtime.

We’re doing a great job in our Global TH Challenge and it’s game-on at the top of the leaderboard! But we also appreciate that staying active is not only about clocking kms and gradients.

Our yoga sessions are going down well and we now have a consistent group joining to strengthen their mind and body – ready to take on anything!

Let’s get that spring in our step as we hit the new season!

Are you ready to recharge your diet with some healthy alternatives, or learn some new recipes?

We’d love everyone to suggest ONE recipe for us all to try (simple + healthy + tasty!).

We will select a THRIVE recipe at random each week and post on the channels for us all to try that week. We can share successes and failures from the kitchen with the odd snap too!

We’re committed to protecting the environment through our business activities and want to encourage all of us to extend this into our personal lives too. This can involve giving back to our communities, educating ourselves and our families and encouraging everyone to embrace why our environment is important to us.
