We are retained to place four key roles with one of our key US solar clients. All four roles, and the dozens to follow are the result of growth, with our client increasing its annual installed solar generating capacity to >1GW.
They are one-year contract roles with real potential to extend and/or turn into permanent positions for the right candidates.

As Project Lead you will play a key role across EPC Bidding, Corporate Governance, and Capital Budgeting through to Project Execution. This is a remote, contract role and you will be expected to spend one week per month in the company’s Virginia HQ. - Solar Development Engineer 👉 Find our more
The Solar Development Engineer will play a key role in advising and leading on technical matters related to the development of greenfield solar projects being developed by the company, managing varied responsibilities through EPC bidding stage. - Solar Pre-Construction Engineer 👉 Find our more
As Pre-Construction Engineer you will play a key role in overseeing the engineering and permitting phase of project delivery and execution, including equipment selection and collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders. - Safety Specialist – Solar 👉 Find out more
The Solar Safety Specialist will work with Project Management to ensure sites meet safety standards and requirements, representing the project owner during the execution phase. You will work night shifts based at site.
