Solar, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an account leader to lead the business development activities in our client's renewables team. The BD role will be to grow our renewables sector business in Europe, Africa and Latin America through stronger customer relationships and customer focus delivery.
- Revenue growth and cost of sales for a defined programme.
- Preparation and implementation of market plans, customer management plans and prospect capture plans.
- Input into our winds and/or solar energy sub-sector strategies.
- Influencing customer focused project delivery.
- Working with the renewables resource manager to define project resource/ skill needs.
- Customer based project direction with increasing focus on portfolio delivery.
- Delivery of the wind and/or solar energy energy sub-sector business plan actions.
- Relevant engineering/degree (mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial engineering) or similar qualification.
- International wind or solar energy industry experience.
- Previous experience in offshore wind and owners engineer services is a benefit.
- Experience of working at a senior level in an energy consultancy or in a relevant industry.
- A track record of winning and delivering large projects (preferably in the wind or solar energy sector).
- Excellent client facing skills with a strong customer focused approach.
