Compliance & Legal Specialist

An opportunity for an exceptional Compliance & Legal Specialist to join an international renewable energy solutions provider.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for all compliance aspects, focusing on 231 model implementation and conducting legal activities for project development.

The role is based in Milan, Italy.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting all compliance activities by developing and implementing compliance strategies with all public and private stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the D.L 231/2001 models are well applied and updated within the SPVs
• Supporting the development team, developing renewables projects in Italy (land agreements, co-development agreements, M&A...)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law
• Previous experience with D.L 231/2001 procedures
• Problem-solving skills and strong communicator
• Fluent in English
