Taylor Hopkinson has been trusted with the mission of helping one of the most relevant global utilities grow the international onshore development team.

This individual will join the team either in Madrid or London and support the origination and feasibility assessment of onshore wind and solar projects.

The role

• Support the evaluation of opportunities for site specific value enhancement, assessing new project opportunities
• Undertake market research on onshore market trends, policy updates, route to market options, industry participants and competitors
• Support the progress of development workstreams with internal business units, providing site specific inputs to facilitate; technical optimization, layout designs, payments, lease document reviews, construction contracts
• Assist in negotiating project documents including; land related agreements, power purchase agreements, EPC contracts

Requirements

• Relevant experience of renewable energy business development
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must
• Ability and willingness to travel
